Truly sinful, this sandwich has sausage, onions and mushrooms and then mixed up with our has brown casserole and topped with 2 fried eggs.
West End Hash
Corned beef grilled up with peppers, onions and mushrooms and then mixed up with our hash brown casserole and topped with 2 fried eggs.
It's just like the West End Hash, expect it's totally different. Remove the corned beef and substitute chorizo and Cajun sauce, then top it off with salsa verde and sour cream.
Monte Cristo A la WEG
Grilled ham, turkey, Swiss cheese and Dijon mustard layered between 2 slices of our cinnamon streusel French toast. It's then garnished with powdered sugar and a drizzle of red pepper & raspberry syrup.
